How do I know my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed with us, you will receive several notifications by e-mail. The first will confirm that your order has been placed. This e-mail will include your order number and order details. It will also include your shipping and billing information. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships. You may also access Your Account to verify your order placement and to view order details.

What is my order status?

Your order status may be viewed from Your Account. See below for a list of order status terms and what they mean.

Processing - Your order has been placed and we are preparing it for shipment. When an order is processed, the card was charged and your order was sent to the shipping department for shipment.

Complete - Once your order has been shipped, your order will show a 'complete' status. During this time, your package has departed from our shipping department and is on its way to you!

Has my order shipped?

All in stock orders placed on our website ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. As soon as your order has been packaged and processed you will receive an e-mail confirming that it has left our warehouse and is safely on its way to you. You may also access Your Account to view your recent order status and order history.

When will my backorder ship?

Our stock levels fluctuate dramatically from day to day. Often times products are on a "backordered" status. This means that the product that was ordered is not readily available from the manufacturer. If an item you ordered is placed on a backordered status, one of our Customer Service representatives will send you an e-mail informing you of the delay in shipping. Any products that are in stock at the time will be shipped immediately. The e-mail will inform you of your new expected ship date, if one is provided.

When will my pre-order ship?

We feature a number of different pre-order offers for customers to purchase a CD before it releases. Due to Distribution & Record Label rules, we are unable to ship a pre-ordered item until directly around the release date. We work hard to ensure that every order arrives as close to release date as possible. This means for most states, your pre-ordered item should arrive within a couple days of the album release. If you have subsequent items that you are interested in purchasing with a pre-order item, please keep in mind that all items in your order will ship simultaneously when the last pre-order item is available. If you wish for your available items to ship as they become available, simply choose that option during checkout.

Information on reshipments.

When there is a problem with an order and it needs to be sent again, a reshipment will be issued for your order. Reshipments are issued only after there has been address verification by the customer through e-mail. You will be notified through e-mail of any errors there are with your order.
