Shipping Preferences
Shipping costs for orders from us will depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. If your order contains one or more pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped on or around the latest release date. However, your order may include products that are available for immediate shipment. These products can be shipped separately. The splitting fees depend on the shipping method and are as listed:

Shipping options to International Destinations
For shipping to an international destination, we offer International Standard Service which generally takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. MusiChristian/BooksChristian has no control over what these fees may be.

International Restrictions
Due to restrictions placed on us by EMI, we are unable to ship EMI products internationally. The product details page will indicate if a product is available for international shipping.
Can I ship to an APO or FPO address
Orders being sent to an APO or FPO must be sent via US Postal Service (1-2 weeks) or USPS Priority (3-6 days).
I paid for 2-Day Shipping!
We offer UPS 2-day and overnight express services. These are transit times and do not represent the amount of time from order placement to package arrival. All in stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Items that are on backorder or out of print will not be available for immediate shipping.
When will my pre-order ship?
We feature a number of different pre-order offers for customers to purchase a CD before it releases. Due to Distribution & Record Label rules, we are unable to ship a pre-ordered item until directly around the release date. We work hard to ensure that every order arrives as close to release date as possible. This means for most states, your pre-ordered item should arrive within a couple days of the album release. If you have subsequent items that you are interested in purchasing with a pre-order item, please keep in mind that all items in your order will ship simultaneously when the last pre-order item is available. If you wish for your available order items to ship as they become available, simply choose that option during checkout.
When will my backorder ship?
Our stock levels fluctuate dramatically from day to day. Often items are on a "backordered" status. This means that the product that was ordered is not available at that time from the manufacturer. If an item you ordered is placed on a backordered status, one of our Customer Service representatives will send you an e-mail informing you of the delay in shipping. Any products that are in stock at the time will be shipped immediately. The e-mail will inform you of your new expected ship date if one is provided.
Estimated Arrival Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Arrival estimates will appear on the final page during checkout as well as in Your Account.
Note: Estimates will only be made for Domestic U.S. orders. International orders arrive within 1-3 weeks of order placement.
