WOW September 29th, 2004 Reviewer: Rachel from UK Im a big smitty fan and have all of his albums but this still stikes me as one of the best ever - the life and atmosphere that comes from the fast paced beats is fantastic and listening to the words this album could really be used for non christians to learn more about Christ and even just to make people feel a whole lot better about themselves. It's an instrumental, and with each measure, there is a different meaning behind every note. As you listen you can feel the emotion behind the music. Favorite October 20th, 2004 Reviewer: Anonymous This is my absolute favorite Christmas album from any artist. My original CD got scratched beyond repair and I had to get a new one. These songs are fun. The music is very nice and enjoyable. "Kay Thompson's Jingle Bells" is my favorite. It combines a few songs together and makes a wonderful new one. The whole CD is wonderful. Every Christmas, I would always listen to this CD, over and over again. Listening to this cd really brings the christmas out with some contemporary selections, and also some traditional onces. All-Time Favorite July 15th, 2005 Reviewer: Patrick from Florida This was the very first CCM CD I ever listened to, and it left a profound impact on me. Since listening to this album a couple of years ago, Michael W. Smith has remained one of my favorite CCM artists. There are songs on this CD that I still cling to for encouragement during hard times. The song "Pray for Me" has become a prayer of mine during times of separation from dear friends and family. The challenge of the song "Give it Away" really hits home at what love truly is. We can't say we love someone and not be willing to give all for them. We have Christ's perfect example to follow in self-sacrificial love. From the driving inspirational song "Picture Perfect" to his classic ballad "Secret Ambition", this album truly is the very best of Michael W. Smith's First Decade of Christian music ministry. Though it is his voice that I love most about his music, and he does not sing on thie CD, it is my favorite one thus far. It is all instrumental. All songs wrote by MWS. They are so moving. Carol Ann's theme, Hibernia and the title track are the best! I listen to it over and over while I'm driving. It's got music to fit every mood. Great album to worship GOD! Michael's passion was to create a cd that sounded more like a soundtrack, and this is the one.
