Nicole C. Mullen used this album to break in to the Christian music market not just as a writer, but finally as a singer. Her excellent song-writing skills show up in every single song. My personal favorite is "Redeemer." It has that unique quality of being a song that touched my inner core the very first time I heard it. Nicole reminds of us of equality between all races and that love is truly the most important virtue in songs like "Black, White, Tan" and "Color." "Freedom" is just plain cool and "Granny's Angel" is entertaining as well as cautionary. "Homemade" speaks to everyone who doesn't feel good enough at times. The album ends with her own version of "On My Knees," the song made incredibly popular by Christian pop icon Jaci Velasquez. All in all an album worth your money.

My sister in law owns this CD, and when I listened to it at her house, I have wanted it. I absolutely love Nicole's voice!! She is a great singer for both young and old. My sister in law owns the CD (who is 30), I love it (I'm 21), and my 10 year old niece trys to steal it from her mom all the time! Great family music and a great roll model for a young girl all the way through the teens.

This as an amazing album! Redeemer wasn't named song of the year at the Dove Awards for nothing. If you don't have this CD, you're really missing out on an awesome album.

Such a beautiful album lyrically, and the emotion brought to the table by Nicole is fantastic. "Redeemer" brought tears to my eyes. This is a must have for anyone with a Christian mindset. Just simply lovely in every way.

This is possibly the best Album I have ever experienced. It helped my daughter to come from darkness to light via her daughter singing songs from this artist. Praise God and his vehicle of song.

"Redeemer" is truly the highlight of this album!! Nicole C. Mullen is blunt in her confession of Christ, and it shines through in her music. She has an amazing personality, and her love for the Lord is evident through what she sings. This is a great worship album and is so encouraging!

This is a cool CD! I like "Talk About It" and "Baby ". "Baby " is a pick-me-up! It talks of how God loves us and that He created us and we don't need to put ourselves down. If you like the pop-contemporary sound, get this!

Nicole has a really "real" sound that comes across well with her little interludes and kiddie voice-overs. She really shows off her pipes in tracks like "Call on Jesus" and "Come unto Me". I think you'll like it, too.
