If you're new to shopping online with us, here is a step-by-step guide to help answer any questions you may have about your shopping experience. If you still have questions after going through this, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Search: To find a specific product, type the title or name of the artist you are searching for into the search box field (located at the top-left side of our website). Select the type of search you wish to perform (Keyword, Artist, Title, UPC), and then click the "Go" button.

View More Details: You will see a list of products with titles and prices. You can click on the item's image, title or "Details" button for more information about that specific product.

Add To Cart: When you've found the product(s) you were searching for, click on the blue "Buy Now" or "Pre-Order" button to place this item in your shopping cart.

Your Shopping Cart: Now you have placed an item in your cart, but have not yet bought anything. At any time, you can return to this page by clicking on "View Cart" (located at the top-right side of our website) to see what items you currently have in your shopping cart.

Change the Quantity: If you'd like to, you can change the quantity of items to order by typing the new quantity in the "Qty" box of your shopping cart and then clicking "Update Changes". This will also automatically update your subtotal. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "Remove" button next to the item, and then click "Update Changes".

Continue Shopping: If you're viewing your shopping cart and you want to find more products, click on "Continue Shopping" below the shopping cart and repeat steps 1-5 above.

Checkout: If all the products you want to buy are in your shopping cart, go to your shopping cart where you will first have a chance to enter any Promotional / Coupon Codes (located below the Order Summary) and then click the red "Continue to Checkout" button, just below the Promotional / Coupon Code field.

Login or Register: You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and your password (if you already have a login password). If you haven't registered here before, enter your e-mail address and click "No, I am a new customer". Then click the "Secure Sign In" button. On the next page, you are asked to fill in your name and password. After filling out those fields, click on the red "Sign Up!" button to continue through our Secured checkout system.

Payment Information: If you have not registered with us before, choose your Payment Method (credit/debit/check card or money order).

• If you choose to pay by credit/debit/check card, then fill in your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement in the "Edit Credit Card Payment Option" area.
  
• If you choose to pay by money order, fill in your First & Last Name, and Phone Number under the "Edit Money Order Payment Option" area.
  
After filling out the Payment Method you chose, click on the blue "Add New" button below the corresponding Payment Method area.

Shipping Information: On the next page it will ask you to fill in your Shipping Address. After filling this area out, click on the blue "Add New" button below the "Edit Shipping Address" area.

Shipping Options: Next, you will see a summary of your order, including discounts and all additional charges such as shipping / handling fees and taxes* (only for Tennessee residents). Under "Shipping Options" you will see a list of Shipping Methods with estimated arrival dates and shipping costs. Please choose your prefered method of shipping by clicking on the corresponding circular button. This will refresh the page and update the final total of your order.

Finish: Finally, after reviewing that all of your information is correct, click on the red "Process Order" button (located below the Order Summary fields) to complete your order. After you've finished your order, you will be notified via email with a receipt for your order.
