The conception of Showbread took place in the hearts of several boys in southeast Georgia, burdened by a divine call to make music. When Jesus was questioned about straying from laws and traditionalism, he used the story of David eating the Showbread in the holy temple to illustrate his point. Infectious as it is unique, this is unmistakable RAW ROCK. Chaotic and unpredictable, raw rock finds a beat and infects you before it's spastic psychosis tears you apart. Railing in convulsions as it screeches to insane speeds, pulverizing with blistering and anthemic rock and roll, then lulling off sweetly with beautiful melody. The energy and insanity level Showbread brings to life on stage comes through in the realness of their music.

Wow, who would have known how much Raw Rock Kills... This CD is awesome in every form imaginable. From beginning to ending, the CD hits every point it aims at, with memorably and resourceful lyrics, and even special guest appearances from Reese Roper from FiF. The Lyrics are strong in every song, and this CD is very influencial spiritually. Even my friends who dont like this type of music really enjoy it!

Now that I've actually heard the whole CD few times through I'm amazed. I thought this is just gonna be an another nonoriginalsamegenreasalltheothers -T&N / Solid State release but boy, I was wrong! This is beautifully constructed cd with great twists and hooks but still it drives fast! Gotta love the singing ("roaring" at times). Lyrical content is great and all the songs are unique! And it has Reese Roper singing in the song nro 12 - Matthias Replaces Judas.
If you like driving RAW ROCK this cd really is that. Order now, I really recommend.

Wow. These guys know what they are doing! I got to see them at the Solid State Young Bloods Tour on Nov. 13th They had the best set of the night! So much energy! So good. I even got to sing with them during the chourses of a few songs. It was awesome! Check these guys out! TechnoXcore. They also sound kind of like the Beach Boys at a point. Only harder. Like Beach Core Boys. It's great! Check them out! I mean, you can't go wrong. They have a KEYTAR! wOOt!
Be Blessed!

What can I say to one of the best cds in the Christian music market? It totally blows away much of the "contemporary" music lyrics wise and blows away other rock bands music wise. A little bit of something for everyone, from techno to punk to straight up rock to hardcore to screamo to punk. This has everything. Thanks Showbread for an awesome cd (in my book a 10 on a scale from 1 to 5) and continue making music for Him and your fans.

What You Heard Was True

I just got this CD today, and its what people said.DIFFERENT!But if you like Underoath or Dead Poetic, you should like them too.But compared to some other screamo CDs,this one has a message to both Christians and non-Christians.Anyone can listen to it(be prepared.)But for a band who was kicked out of their church for being to "wild,"they have hearts for people and they show a message with some analogies. But GET IT!bye

I bought this cd after I had heard their Dead by Dawn, Mouth like a Magazine, and A llama eats a Girafe [And Vice Versa] songs on Purevolume. What I got was a kick in the face of harsh vocals, and blaring guitars. I cannot reccomend this album enough!!!!

I used to hate screaming until i listened to these guys! They have the perfect blend of screaming and singing blended in with sweet music. Especially, Mouth is like a Magazine! I recommend this for anyone that likes screamo.
