Great attempt, but not quite

Sunsets and Sushi is a great attempt by the David Crowder Band to create a cd with several of their songs remixed on it, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. I thought that No one like You was really good at the beginning of the album, but I was progressively stunned by the rest of the song's beats, especially O Praise Him. I think David Crowder is a great artist, but this cd could still use some improving.

I really love the C.D. Cover of David Crowder Band's's new remix album. It is clean, simple, very well designed, and reflects the style of their previous albums (lime, illuminate) in terms of photography, color, and simplicity. There is no doubt that this album will certainly follow in their awesome talent of music, given that the album series is looking very rad visually. I hope everyone gets this C.D. and adds it to their growing David Crowder Band music collection!

I LOVED this CD. I bought Illuminate first, then after a while I bought Sunsets & Sushi. What a pleasant surprise it was to hear all the songs remixed! This is an awesome CD to dance & worship God with!

I understand what DCB wanted with this release, but it can be so monotonous at times. The only reason I recommend this is for How Great... which is on this CD, and is one of the best Crowder songs ever released.

INCREDIBLE IDEAS

This cd was very well thought out. DCB put some awesome effects on these tracks. I played it for our Youth Dance team and ideas and new moves jumped all over the place. Even my mom (who is 58) enjoyed it, though I do not recommend it to older adults cause they may not appreciate the modern feel and techno effect on the cd. I suggest bumping this cd in your car with all windows down, I did and definetely turned some heads, and even got some people bobbing their heads at the gas station, lol! Praise Him!
