Checkmark in box one: Setting himself apart. Chris Greenwood is a Toronto-bred hip hop artist making a permanent mark on the national music scene with a style that is both remarkable and not easily forgotten. Successfully fusing hip-hop beats with edgy rock is already a musical accomplishment in itself. This unique genre is Manafests backdrop to an emotionally-charged message performed with one of the rawest lyrical deliveries heard for some time. His lyrics are bold, brash, riveting and are backed by a message that is both uncompromising of his steadfast beliefs and strongly influential.

I checked out some of this guy's rhymes on his website, and I gotta say, he is awesome! THis guy has sold over 4,000 independant C.D.'s, and after Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch heard his stuff, he presented it to Tooth and Nail Records, and was given a record deal right away. Yeah- he's that good.

Wow! This cd is GREAT!! "Skills", "Changes", "Rodeo", all of them hits. Some of his sound can get a little repetitive, but overall, it is a great cd.

This guys has got me hooked. I heard him completely by accident one day while surfing the web, and I was VERY impressed. The song that really grabbed me with "Skills" featuring Trevor of TFK. SWEET rapcore track. His other songs are very well done too. Such as "Let It Go." Definetly a worthy album to check out if you like rap, rock, or both.

Manafest's tracks are blazin' and he knows how to mix it up between straight hip-hop and rap/rock. Money spent on this album is a wise investment indeed. Manafest is for real. period.
