Great Uplifting Holiday Music from the veteran Chapman

This is a very good holiday album, but not a great one. The highlights are the new original tracks ("All I Really Want", "The Miracle of Christmas", "Night Before Christmas") and his redone "Christmas is all in the Heart" with Vince Gill. I was not as impressed with his covers of other standard Christmas songs as much, but they are still a pleasurable listen and sure to be enjoyed by other long time fans. Plus you get to hear his daughter, Shaoey, speak and sing which adds a very nice personal touch to the album.

finally SCC has a new christmas offering.. it is awesome.... with classics and the SCC powerful song writing.. this is a definite buy for all fans.... fantastic for this christmas

I had heard of Steven Curtis Chapman, but never really listened to him. Then I saw him in concert over the summer and fell in love with his music. And this Chirstmas CD is another excellent CD from him.

He did it again! SCC has composed yet another Christmas album that blends both the old Christmas tune we all know and love and his own orginal work. His musical abilities are also off the charts. Whatan amazing singer, song-writer, and instrumentalist!
