A collection and reflection of Newsboys worship sound

There are many people who might have considered “Newsboys” and “Worship” to be incompatible prior to their release of “Adoration” in 2003, but they have always shown us that they have a good understanding of what it takes to make a worship song. Even from their early albums there has always been a few worship songs hidden amongst their usual quirky rock sound, so when they brought out the two worship albums “Adoration” and “Devotion” they were simply bringing out something that had been there all along and putting their usual skill in writing clever lyrics to good use.
Here we see songs from their last four albums brought together to showcase the best of their worship sound, all but three of them written by the band. Yes it is probably an album that will be more enjoyed by the young (or young at heart) but songs such as “It is you” and “He reigns” have found a place in the song lists of churches around the world.

These songs are all great and it's great that they're all on a worship album together. It could be some pretty good stuff. I just like how much Newsboys have changed over the years and just the different things that they've done.

I was hoping for something new from the Newsboys, but this CD has old hits from past albums, such as "He Reigns". There music is always postive and uplifting!

This release is a great compilation album. Much like "Shine...The Hits" it is the best of their worship music. It is a great album overall and I would suggest it to anyone who likes the Newsboys style.

This album was made to worsip the Lord with the touch of modern worship courtest of the Newsboys. Not just good beats, but also God-centered lyrics. My favorite song is: He Reigns.
