Product Description

Dishonesty, lies and brokenness are demolished by truth, love and boldness in the debut release from Flicker’s female-fronted rock band Fireflight. With The Healing of Harms, a brash display of raw energy colliding with a beauty that heals, melodic vocals soar like a shining hope. Produced by the legendary Skidd Mills (Sister Hazel, Saliva, Skillet).

The Next female Fronted Rock Band July 18, 2006
Reviewer: Anonymous from CA

I have to say that I am a huge fan of femle fronted rock bands, yes that means I like Flyleaf, Plumb, and Inhabited. I would also like Evanescance but they have done a few things that have pushed me away from them.
Anyways I think that this will be the next hit for female fronted bands. I have heard a little bit from some of their independant work and it is really good. If they can do that good independantly they are really doing good with a studio. I am highly anticipating the release of this really good upcoming female fronted rock band!

Heavy, but lovely! September 25, 2006
Reviewer: Chris from Tennessee

Having been a fan of this band for a number of years before they got signed, I have been looking for a major label to pick them up.

With the release of "The Healing of Harms", Fireflight stand poised to rock the world and rise above many female fronted bands. Their music is heavy, but the vocals add a loveliness that is unexpected from the opening riffs. With a bold Christian message, Fireflight are engaging the enemy head on, and I pray that many souls will be brought to Christ through this powerful, anointed band.

An excellent first album! July 3, 2008
Reviewer: Scott from

Everything and more in a Christian Rock album! That would be what I summarize this album as. You can definately feel the energy surrounding Fireflight from the beggining of the first song. An awesome blend of lyrics and rock make this album a must for any Fireflight fan seasoned or new. With this being only their first albun out, I honestly believe Fireflight will be a band to watch for in coming years.

The Healing of Harms is an excellent album from Fireflight, with clever lyrics and beats. It fits somewhere between rock and hard rock. This band combines good music with a calling to people into action for Christ.
