WOW! falling up is really going for it, they just keep on coming out with new cds. I am a big fan of falling up and I now that this is going to be a awesome remix of songs.

You know when you hear a remix of a song and how ruined it is? Well, once in awhile there are rare occasions when remixed songs are actually well done. "Exit Lights" from Falling Up is an example of those rare occasions. It starts off with a brand new track called "Islander", which I hope is a glimpse of what thier new album will sound like. The remixes for "Exit Calypsan", "Exhibition", "Cascades", and "Searchlights" are some of the few very impressive remixes. Also, the intrumentals are really good!

Falling Up has always had their own way of looking at music, and with their album, Exit Lights, a remix album seems to be just the thing that the boys would be cooking up. This is a decent remix album for the guys of Falling Up, and it shows they have a heart for the instrumental element of music.

Just A Remix

Not the best of remixes, but definitely a remix. They took a lot of the sounds that defined Dawn and Crashings and replaced them with a pop sound. My only real complaint is searchlights. There was no build up, and the guitars that soared in the original were nowhere to be found.
