Good Overall Collection

This is a good overall collection for ones who like Jennifer Knapp but do not have her older cds. The first cd of the 2-cd set includes all the popular ones played on the radio. However for big Jennifer fans, it would only be a total repeat of cds you may already have while missing some quality ones that are lesser known. The demos on the 2nd cd just fall rather flat. I say your better bet is to go back to the fantastic old ones of Kansas, Lay It Down, The Way I Am, and just bypass this 2-cd collection.

Never heard Jennifer Knapp before? No better place to start than this compilation. A die-hard Jennifer Knapp fan? Then check out disc two –"A Diamond in the Rough" - in this two-disc release. The first disc has a mix of Jennifer Knapp's best songs, while the second is full of studio cuts and previously unreleased songs. The studio cuts are interesting, but the selling point is definitely the unreleased tracks. To hear just Jennifer and her guitar on new songs is something special.

The Collection and these songs have the ability to encourage, challenge, and enriched the lives of both believers and non-believers. Jennifer's haunting melodies and lyrics demand close attention from the listener and they have inspired me greatly at a time when I was letting trivial things get in the way of my relationship with God. My favorites include A Litte More, Undo Me, Whole Again, and Refine Me. Every song is indeed a gem.

Why buy this collection when you miss out on so many less well know but still TOTALLY OUTSTANDING songs? Buy each CD individually...come on, there's only 3!

With personal testimonies and beautiful photos to go along with some of the greatest music ever put to disc, this two CD set is a MUST HAVE!
All of Jennifer's music speaks to my soul and this is some of the best of it. Thank you, Gotee for the disc of rare material. An outstanding compilation!
