Product Description

Produced by Aaron Sprinkle (Kutless, Anberlin), Falling Up Describes their sound as 'pash rock,? the group combines their influences of rock, hip-hop & R&B. Combining the intensity of modern rock with all the emotion involved in traditional praise and worship, Falling Up is here to prove their radical style is not a fleeting attempt at sticking to a trend, but a true declaration of the passion they hold for their ministry. Crashings July 16, 2004
Reviewer: Anonymous from TX

Crashings is awesome!!! The way they mix hip-hop, rock and R&B sounds SO cool. I recently found out about Falling Up, and when I heard Broken Heart, and Bittersweet, I was hooked! Anyway, this CD is great, and I'd recommend it to anyone into rock/rap.

This is my current favorite cd ever!!! All of the songs have great messsages & awesome beats, rhythms, & melodies. Everytime I listen to any of their songs, I find myself bobbing my head to the beat! I would definitely recommend it to anybody into truly magnetic rock!

Falling Up is definitely one of my favorite bands. This is an awesome debut album (it's an awesome album period). With their great sound and God centered lyrics you can't go wrong.

New, Energetic,....That July 29, 2004
Reviewer: Clayton from Sandwich, IL

Don't get me wrong. This is a good cd. It is worth buying. I like the new mix of hip-hop and rock but you can only take it so far. Half the songs sound the same but there are some that stand out above the rest like Broken Heart, Bittersweet, and Symmetry. I like most of the cd but I really only listen to Falling Up with other songs in a mix. It's definitely worth adding to your collection, but you might deplete it of it's creative credit after a few months. Oh, and Falling In Love is also a good song

Yeah, I made up that word . . . but it seems the best way to describe Falling Up. They bring a familiar sound to the table, but in a fresh way. And most importantly, they bring a sincere love of Christ. The song Broken Heart has got to be their best, lyrically, and it makes me very happy to see that as their 'single.' "Ambiance" boasts an almost techno feel, while "Arafax Deep" has a mournful, almost worship-like feel.
For anyone interested, while attending Creation East 2004, I learned that the song "Arafax Deep" was written in memory of a friend who had died not too long ago. Just an interesting tidbit (and, to me, it really adds some extra emotion to an already emotional song). Otherwise, for what I consider to be almost cutting-edge worship music, check out Falling Up's "Crashings."

This album changed my life!!! It's awesome!!! When I heard Broken Heart, I knew I had to buy this CD. But when I heard Falling in Love, it just changed me, because I knew that God was in control. This band, Falling Up, can do that to you with their attitude and through their songs. This is a must have CD!!!!

This cd and this band is phenomenal! their music ministers not only to people but it's them speaking from their heart to God and just showing the raw emotion and the passion inside of them, I can't even pick one favorite song, they're all awesome! Also I love their style its kinda hard rock, hip hop, and all that stuff mixed together in one so if you want an awesome cd buy Falling Up's Crashings....I highly recomend it!
