With their debut album's anthemic hits "Hanging On"and "Stand Up", Everyday Sunday's sophomore release Anthems For The Imperfect drives it home. Including relatable songs of hope and grace, "Anthems" melodic, guitar driven modern rock will rally even the most imperfect of people.

"Everyday" I fall in love with this album more

This is an amazing album! It's got the catchy songs that ES is known for, but also brings in the worshipful aspect of their band. Trey Pearson's voice is my favorite part about ES because it's so unique, and has a great range. A lot of their songs also tell great stories and are a pleasure to listen to because of that.
Two songs on this album stick out to me:
"Herself (I want a girl) " is especially encouraging to guys that they really can find great Christian girls out there. And for girls, this song encourages us live out our faith and reminds us that christian guys will admire us for making an effort to do so.
"The One" is a beautiful worship song, complete with violin solos, about Jesus being the ONLY ONE to follow. This song makes me cry when I hear it because it's such a beautiful cry out to the LORD!

Everyday Sunday Does It Again!

These guys are awesome! Their God-given talent to write and sing music that they put on this CD (and their other albums), are terrific! "Gypsy Girl (What Love Is)" is a great song that brings the true meaning of Love and what it means to hang onto llife for what it's worth. "Dying to live, you're dying to know what love is, and I'm trying to show you something more" is the way the chorus goes, and it's so hard to tell non-believers that there's something more to live their lives for--Jesus and His love for them. Especially where love is concerned.

Impressive Progress . . .

"Won't Give Up" . . . track 4 . . . absolutely amazing . . . just . . . wow . . . I can't say enough about it. Overall, the first half of Everyday Sunday's sophomore release is exceptional, with (what I would consider) a slight drop-off in originality in the second half. "Untitled, Anonymous" and "What Love Is" exhibit a growth in both musicianship and lyric ability from their first release, and the song "Something" marks a harder, edgier move for Everyday Sunday into the realm of rock.

Everyday Sunday is one of my favorite bands! I never get tired of listening to 'Anthems of the Imperfect'. It's just a great CD. I love every song on the CD and can listen to it over and over again. The song, 'The One' includes Matt Theissen from Relient K and it's a pretty song. I also love 'Gypsy girl', 'I wish I could say' and 'Won't Give up'...those are just a few of may favorite songs. All the songs have a great message and can minister to all ages.

Another Good Rock Album!!!

Everyday Sunday's sophomore album is a bit different from their first CD, but it is still good. The rock in the album has more funk mixed in. The best song on this album is 'The One'. This is one of Everyday Sunday's slower songs, but it is premium. This is a good rock CD.
