The Supertones 8 years and six releases later, the boys who put Orange County on the map are gearing up with a brand new album. Look for all the fun-loving grooves that have found their place on previous releases while offering a throwback to their earlier sound of upbeats and swinging choruses, right in time for summer!

Great sound as always, lyrics lackluster

First off, this album sounds great. I still listen to it all the time, but when I bought it I was hoping for some more "hardcore" christian-esque lyrics, like from their Loud & Clear album. Not that these songs have been dumbed down or anything, because they haven't. I'd highly recommend it, very very good album, I mean I did give it a 4!!!

I just recently purchased this CD, and I am very glad that I did. The Supertones have done it again - created an album that fuses great, theologically deep lyrics with high-energy ska music. I love it. "Where I Find You" is my favorite song on the CD, with "Wake Me Up On Time" and "Shepherd is the Lamb" at close seconds. One bonus to this CD is that Mojo gives an explanation for each song's meaning in the inset. In conclusion, this is a good CD.

The cd isn't as good as some of their earlier albums but it is still a very good cd. The songs are honest and the style is great. I would recommend this album to anyone that is a new old or new Supertones fan.

This cd's sound is vintage supertone but the lyrics in some of the songs are not as strong as Hifi revival and loud and clear.

Great CD. It ranks up there with HiFi and Loud and Clear and just might pass it up. My favorite songs are "The Kingdom" and the first 3 tracks. If you like the Supertones or ska even just a tiny bit, you will love this new album.

This album is tight spiritually and lyrically. Mojo lets you have it, he lays it plain. The music is very uplifting and the horns really add something special to the Supertones. If you like ska , get this album. If you've never heard of ska, get this album. If you like Christ-centered lyrics, get this album.

A little old, a little new

I love the 'tones. The music is reminiscent of "Chase the Sun" and "Loud and Clear," but the lyrics are just shy of the power and roar of the older stuff. The music at first seems to be a stretching attempt of the old albums but really is a maturity-revolution for them.

A Great Return to Roots

While members of the Supertones come and go, the fact that they can successfully return to music inspired by their first albums is a testament to their staying power. Some have argued that the lyrics aren't as powerful as in previous albums, but that certainly doesn't mean they're not strong. I enjoyed the band's comments on the "whys" of their songs in the liner notes, although the entire thing is a little difficult to read. Overall, this is an extremely satisfying choice for long-time Supertones fans plus a great pick-up for anyone new to them.
