Of all the Christmas CD's in our collection, this is still our favorite. Steven Curtis Chapman brings new life to traditional favorites with his unmistakeable touch, and takes you on a journey from the birth of Christ to his own first Christmas and beyond with new classics such as 'Precious Promise' and 'Going Home For Christmas.'

This is the best collection of both traditional and orginal Christmas music I've listened to. I love how Steven Curtis Chapman focuses on what Christmas is all about: Jesus Christ. As always, he demonstrates his ability to put into words what is in the heart of mankind, as well as revealing so poignantly the heart of God. I've listened to "Going Home for Christmas" and "Precious Promise" over and over again, and both songs can still bring me to tears!

I like this CD and listen to it every year. It features songs like Angels we have heard on high along with hark the herald angels sing. Also features a song that appears on his DVD Christmas is all in the heart. highly recommended for any christmas shoppers.
