Like Muse, like this!

Well thats not all...this is a band who is not afraid to rock and I mean rock a gig. I saw them in Stockton in the UK which was an experience and a half. Just seeing them really passionate about their music. All they did was express it in there own way (the rock n roll way) e.g. roll around on the floor, pull really ugly faces and then spit at the crowd. As a true ROCK fan I can only clench my fist, hold it up in the air and scream 'Yeh'. The production of this album is good, and is good enough to make it a awesome album because the excellent songwriting. The general sound of the band is awesome.
Favorite song: Superman
Reason: It makes me feel happy, in a rock kind of way.

Remember Reality Check . . . ???

So after Reality Check broke up, a few of the guys got together, recruited some new band members and formed Luna Halo. "Shimmer" has everything from radio pop rock ("Superman") to thoughtful, heavier rock ("Wait For You") to ballad-like worship songs ("Hang On To You"). Luna Halo is not a generic pop punk band, or your typical emo rock, or even a prototype for indie rock. Rather, it is a blend of many styles, blended beautifully behind smooth vocals and subtle, but intricate, instrumentation. Worth a look.
