Snuff the Punk was their debut, a heretofore out of print effort now rereleased, remastered and remixed, with new graphics as well. Vaguely progressive thrashy metal with lots of funky rhythms and major hardcore rap influences, the time changes and aggressive musicality of this raw CD, originally released in 1993, is timely in 2000 and beyond.

This CD is very good. It is very heavy rap/rock. It's an awesome CD though. You should buy it.

Out of all the CDs P.O.D. have put out, this is by far my favorite. It is raw. The band has grown since then musically, but I still love this one most of all.

This cd is ok, but the thing i dont like is it has way to much rap in it, its more rap than rock, but its still pretty good, much different from other cds though.

Direct and in your face

This is the CD that started it all! This cd was put out way before Rock-Rap was cool and truly shows why P.O.D. are some of the originaters. It's very direct and in your face and P.O.D. was not afraid to say what was on their minds as they had nobody to offend since they released this CD with their own money. You get awesome Rock rhythms and beats with pure Rap lyrics and of course Sonny screaming out! Pick this one up and see why these guys should be recognized as legends, what the guys sounded like back when they were broke and were being supported by how many t-shirts they sold at live shows!

Great CD

I've loved P.O.D. since I picked up Satellite in 2002. I was hooked from the start. As soon as I got the money, I went to my local Christian bookstore and saw this album. I listened to the thirty-second samples and was so psyched that I almost ran out the door with it without paying. It is a great album full of messages of God's love. If there's one thing I don't like about it, it's that they use "P.O.D." and "Payable on Death" too much in their lyrics. But other than that, this CD is another flawless addition and must-have for any P.O.D. fan's collection.
God bless
