New Sound August 1, 2004
Reviewer: Sandra from New Jersey

Audio Adrenaline has a little different sound in this CD, but it doesn't decrease the quality at all. Since seeing them in concert, I would say that Chevette is my favorite although I really like the message in Original Species. Some Kind of Zombie has a great sound to it. Another great CD from AA!

Reviewer: Preston from USA

AudioA experiments with a harder sound on this album. I think they did a fine job.

Hard Rocking and Soft stuff all in one October 29, 2004
Reviewer: from North Greenbush, NY

If you want a little bit of everything from Audio A, this is the album for you. It has the hard rocking tracks and the soft and meaningful tracks. It's enough to get you pumped up or introspective all in one sitting. Great album!

Love it to this day! August 21, 2005
Reviewer: Laura from Illinois

This is by far my favourite of all their releases. I wasn't really into them until I saw the music video of "Some Kind of Zombie". After that, I was hooked. It remains my favourite album to this day, even though I have the others to listen to. The song "Original Species" really touches me and deeply. I can only pray it does others too.

Some Kind of Music February 20, 2008
Reviewer: Chris from New York

This a fun album from the energetic Audio Adrenaline. 10 songs is a little short for an Audio A album, but it squeezes by with the tracks that it does have. Chevette is a fun opener in which Mark describes a childhood where he? grew up with a poor family but was rich in God’s sight. He was proud of their family’s Chevette which apparently gets 30miles to the gallon and can get from 0-60...sometimes. The song is obviously a metaphor to the Christian walk, and has a very clever way of making the comparison. Some Kind of Zombie has an interesting using of instruments and vocals. Blitz is another fun song, but then it becomes more serious with Lighthouse, in which Mark “thanks God for the Lighthouse”.

Not one of their best albums, but not an album to ignore.
