whatever steven is always good March 19, 2005
Reviewer: edison from seattle washington

this guy really writes with passion and the word of God! he really does get inspiration from reading the bible because a lot of his songs if you listen are straight bible verses. this album particularly is really good. catchy tunes and gets you into it right away with his song "dive". and then ends it nicely with an orchestra piece. buy it!

His best CD ever July 13, 2005
Reviewer: Chris from Lousiana

This is Steven's best CD of all time. It features songs like Dive, Speechless, The Change, Fingerprints of God, Next Five Minutes, Whatever, and I Do Believe. Almost all of the songs just listed can be heard on the radio. This is by far Steven's best work ever, and if you are wondering which SCC CD to buy, this would be your Bullzie. I higly recommend this CD to every person. Steven has won multiple GMA Awards and this CD won a Grammy.

Awesome awesome cd July 16, 2004
Reviewer: Eric from Texas

Great job on this cd by Steven Curtis Chapman. The lyrics are incredible. I've used a bunch of them as inspiration for Bible studies and such. They're very applicable. Be Still And Know is a GREAT reminder that even with all out CRAZY schedules and the 25 hours of stuff we should get done today, sometimes you just need to be still and know that he is LORD and let Him dictate how your life should go.

Classic SCC! November 18, 2004
Reviewer: Anonymous from CA

Steven Curtis Chapman is a really talented musician and lyricist, as shown clearly in "speechless". SCC kicks off the album with strong tracks such as "Dive" and "the change", but then slows things down a bit at the end of the album with some truly beautiful songs (with hope, Be still and know, etc.). The only real knock on SCC is his propensity for writing similar sounding songs (Speechless bears an uncanny resemblance to "Not home yet"). Nevertheless, I highly recommend this album because of its eclectic and touching songs.

Steven Curtis Chapman does an incredible job of combining powerful music with spiritually convicting lyrics in Speechless. Dive, The Change, and the rest get at the the heart of the matter of the relationship with God. It's awesome to feel the power of the music as it encourages a closer walk with God! This is an amazing cd. I highly recommend it!

Every song is worthy of being a single that is on this album! My favorites are "Speechless" and "Fingerprints of God". Steven is great at writing songs that cheer you up, and there is no better example of that than this album.

~*~Fantastic~*~ August 31, 2005
Reviewer: Rebecca from Michigan

This CD is fantastic!!! It's full of hip, catchy songs. Songs like Dive and Whatever just make you wanna dance and hop and sing along. Speechless is really good too. Just in awe of God we are left speechless and that's what this song is about. Fingerprints of God has a really nice sound to it. It kinda makes you think a bit. I would definetly get this CD if you like Stephen Curtis Chapman, you can be sure it will leave you Speechless.
